The Board of Directors of the Otay Water District regularly meets in open session, typically on the first Wednesday of the month at 3:30 p.m. The board meetings are also streamed live via audio and video. The public is welcome to attend the meetings in person or view the livestream. Audio recordings prior to March 1, 2018, are available for purchase. Video recordings are not available.
The District has made Board Meeting items available through a public records portal known as Laserfiche Weblink. The public records portal gives the community access to search, locate, retrieve, and print documents. For more information on how to search for documents in Weblink, click here.
