The Board of Directors of the Otay Water District regularly meets in open session, typically on the first Wednesday of the month at 3:30 p.m. Due to COVID-19, as of March 16, 2020, Board Meetings are streamed live via audio and video via Zoom until further notice. The public is welcome to listen and view these meetings live. Audio recordings prior to March 1, 2018, are available for purchase. Video recordings are not available.
The District has made Board Meeting items available through a public records portal known as Laserfiche Weblink. The public records portal gives the community access to search, locate, retrieve, and print documents. For more information on how to search for documents in Weblink, click here.

GOVERNOR NEWSOME EXECUTIVE ORDER N-29-20
California Governor Gavin Newsom issued Executive Order N-29-20 on March 17, 2020, relating to the convening of public meetings in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Pursuant to the Executive Order, and to protect the public’s health and prevent the disease from spreading locally, in person participation at Board meetings will not be allowed at this time. The District welcomes the public to participate in its meetings via teleconference.
