then create a user name and password. Your contact and

with the management of you water account. You are
solely responsible for the accuracy of all information
contained in your Account. You can update your account
at any time by visiting Otay Water District’s Online
Bill Pay webpage and clicking "My Account". The District
reserves the right to use aggregated, anonymous data
about its users, including personal information you have
provided, for purposes including deriving statistical
data, determining compliance with various governmental
program requirements and other uses, as indicated
herein.
Cookies
The District’s website uses “cookies.” A cookie is a
small data file that certain websites write to your hard

information, such as a user identification that the site
uses to track the pages you have visited. The only
